HOUSING LOAN REQUIREMENTS
FOR EMPLOYED APPLICANTS:
1.) Credit Application Form with 2X2 (recent) colored pictures.
2.) Original Certification of Employment.
3.) Original Three (3) months latest pay slip.
4.) Three (3) years Latest Income Tax Return.
5.) Three (3) months Latest Bank Statements.
6.) Xerox copy of Passport.
7.) Photocopies of Valid ID's with picture and signature.
8.) Proof of billings (telephone, electricity, water, etc.)
9.) Special Power of Attorney (S.P.A.) Signed by the Philippine Embassy - If EMPLOYED ABROAD.
FOR SELF EMPLOYED APPLICANTS:
1.) Credit Application Form with 2X2 (recent) colored pictures.
2.) SEC/DTI Registration Documents.
3.) Mayor's Permit / Business Permit.
4.) Three (3) years Latest Income Tax Return.
5.) Three (3) Latest Financial Statements.
6.) Three (3) months Latest Bank Statements.
7.) Xerox copy of Passport.
8.) Photocopies of Valid ID's with picture and signature.
9.) Proof of billings (telephone, electricity, water, etc.)
10.) Special Power of Attorney (S.P.A.) Signed by the Philippine Embassy - IF EMPLOYED ABROAD.
